Consultations

A consultation can help you set realistic goals and make a plan on how to achieve them, with my advice. The duration of the consultation is up to 45 minutes, during which we go through your current diet plan and training method, correct it by your goals and correct the shortcomings.

As part of the consultation, you will also receive a recommendation for supplementation and advice on how to solve specific hormonal imbalances if they exist (testosterone deficiency, slowed thyroid gland, etc.). Consultations are free for anyone I work with online (training + nutrition).
